The plot involves Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, who takes matters into her own hands when she suspects the young Father Flynn of improper relations with one of the male students. LPO: Brahms Symphony No. 3
Orpheum Theatre

This final Orpheum session of the season begins with music from Jennifer Higdon’s first opera, Cold Mountain. Next is the most famous of Franz Liszt’s twelve symphonic poems, Les préludes.
