Priced to show love to industry professionals, the chef lineup features:

August 7th - Mexican BBQ Night with Galaxie
Prepare your taste buds for an explosion of Mexican flavors under the guidance of Galaxie’s Chef Pablo Reyes. Delight in Mixiotes de Pollo, a traditional Mexican Barbecue featuring chicken marinated in authentic Mexican chilies, wrapped in a banana leaf or pouch and steamed to perfection. Savor the rich flavors of Cochinita Pibil, slow-cooked pork with achiote chile sauce wrapped in banana leaves. Complete your culinary adventure with Oaxaca Black Beans and a refreshing street corn salad.

August 14th - Asian BBQ Potluck
Take part in Asian BBQ Potluck Club, a collaboration between Chef Hieu Than of Kin for Din and Mister Mao’s very own Sophina Uong. Enjoy Betel Leaf Lamb with herby chili pepper jelly; Chicken Fried Catfish Nuggets with ras al hangout caramel fish sauce; Meat on Sticks with Khmer beef, lemongrass, turmeric, and hot-ass chilies; Khmer Grilled Corn with coconut milk, palm sugar, fish sauce and scallion, and Pandan Milk with jackfruit, lychee, mango, coconut, and New Orleans ice.

August 21st - Ethiopian BBQ by ADDIS Nola
Discover the vibrant flavors of Ethiopia brought to you by Chef Prince Lobo of ADDIS Nola. Relish in the Marmita Shrimp with spiced honey shrimp; Awaze Ribs with 12 spice Berbere and red wine glazed; Sinig with blistered peppers, and don't miss the Gomen, a traditional collard greens dish enriched with spinach.
