ARTIST JEFF LEATHAM TRANSFORMS THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL NEW ORLEANS
Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is unveiling an extraordinary collaboration with renowned floral designer Jeff Leatham from Thursday, February 6th, in time for Super Bowl LIX guests. Fuchsias, rich purples and pink florals will be cascading through the lobby, Chandelier Bar and past Miss River, with sunny yellows and verdant greens flowing through the fifth floor past the Spa and Chemin a la Mer. The  Virgin Hotels New Orleans is celebrating Memorial Day weekend with a variety of special programming, certain to entertain. The weekend kicks off with a celebratory Brunch at Commons Club, where guests can enjoy live entertainment and tantalizing new menu items from Executive Chef Chris Borges. Continue the fun all weekend long upstairs at The Pool Club, where live music, cocktail specials, and light bites await. Non-hotel guests can also choose to spend the entire day lounging by the pool with a specialty Day Pass at The Pool Club available for $50 per person.

JAZZ FEST HAPPENINGS AT THE CHLOE
To celebrate Jazz Fest, The Chloe Shop will transform to introduce a Musical Marketplace, showcasing special Jazz Fest-inspired pieces from beloved local brands such as Freda and Lekha . Celebrations at The Chloe will also extend to the lawn, where their Songwriter Series continues with Louis Michot, a two-time Grammy award winner from Lost Bayou Ramblers.

​Songwriter Series | Sunday, April 28th + Sunday, May 5th
– As the fairgrounds close and Jazz Fest concludes for the evening, The Chloe will keep the celebration going with a performance from the revamped Songwriter Series. They will kick off on the Front Lawn at 9pm (seating begins at 8:30pm) with live music from Louis Michot of the Lost Bayou Ramblers. The Chloe will have a stage set up with intimate two-tops and blankets on the front lawn, first come seating. Following the performance, guests will be offered an exclusive Q&A with the artist.

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans hosts Revitalize and Renew, an evening social event to receive complimentary skin consultations and need-to-know, customized advice from The Spa’s lead esthetician, Julie Brien. Revitalize and Renew will take place on Thursday, September 14 and Thursday, September 21 from 5pm – 7pm in The Spa’s retail area located on the fifth floor. Following a summer of sun exposure at the pool and outdoors, this event is ideal for guests who want to rehydrate, tone and brighten skin.

With more than 15 years of medical and cosmetic esthetics, Brien has embraced the highly customizable products and treatments of French Skincare brand Biologique Recherche, one of two product lines offered exclusively at The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans. During the two-hour social, Brien will offer personalized dermo-cosmetic diagnoses to recondition the epidermis and have guests looking their best.

Guests of Revitalize and Renew will enjoy Mediterranean light bites and Strawberry Spritzes as well as take-away samples of Biologique Recherche product. Ace NOLA launches Artist in Residency Program

Ace Hotel NOLA has announced the return of its long-running Artist in Residence (AIR) program. Through AIR, which has hosted over 350 artists in the past decade, artists are provided a month-long hotel stay, during which they create and then exhibit works on a quarterly basis. 

Ace New Orleans is rolling out AIR 2023/2024 in tandem with 8 other Ace properties globally, kicking off with François Boudreaux, who will host his exhibit opening onsite August 5, 6-9pm. Sultana Isham, Chef Jasmine Robinson, and Donaka Autry will also participate in residencies over the next year. These artists were selected in collaboration with the locally based curatorial partner Material Institute, a nonprofit arts center in the 9th Ward providing resources to a new generation of artists across music, fashion, and community gardening.

Summer 2023 happenings:

  • Chef Jonny Rhodes Takeover for Essence Festival Weekend | June 31 - July 2 – The Chloe team will welcome acclaimed Houston based chef Jonny Rhodes as their inaugural Chef in Residence. Jonny will host two dynamic events at The Chloe in conjunction with Essence Festival. The weekend will kick off on Fri/June 30th with a Fireside Chat with Jonny and author & professor Zella Palmer to discuss Black Americans' legacy around food and how to make food more equitable. On Sat/July 1, Jonny will prepare a six-course ticketed tasting menu dinner complemented by beverage pairings curated by The Chloe’s new Beverage Manager, Roxy Eve Narvaez, featuring Black Girl Magic Wines and Hotaling & Co. Spirits.
  • Season Pool Pass – For the first time, The Chloe is offering seasonal pool passes for their idyllic pool to beat the heat all summer long. Passes are available for now through November 1st for $500/person for the season. 
  • Poolside Happy Hour (Mon-Fri from 3pm-5pm) – the team is serving up HH frozens and snacks for poolside lounging, nibbling + imbibing. 
  • Mezcal Monday’s – every Monday, the pool bar offers discounted Mezcal flights and mezcal-infused riffs on classic cocktails, all summer long. 
  • Wine Wednesday’s – every Wednesday, guests can enjoy 20% off all bottles of wine.
