CHEF NINA COMPTON THROWS “HOW TO HOST THE ULTIMATE HOLIDAY PARTY” AT BABs, NOVEMBER 17

Get ready for the holidays at BABs with 'How to Host the Ultimate Holiday Party' – a unique, hands-on holiday hosting workshop. For this event, Chef Compton and lead bartender Rick Powanda will guide participants through the art of creating an unforgettable holiday gathering. 
 Priced at $150 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), guests will enjoy:

• Cocktail & Mocktail Demonstrations: Learn the secrets of making the perfect seasonal punch, along with other festive holiday cocktails and mocktails. Guests can also get tips on creative cocktail garnishes and versatile cordials to enhance rum, bourbon, or non-alcoholic drinks.
• Cooking Class: Master holiday meal prep with tips on:
  • Brining a turkey, with expert methods to prepare the breast and leg separately for a stylish presentation.
  • Side dishes such as blackened sweet potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts.
  • Making an unforgettable sauce for the turkey, plus cornbread from scratch and vegan/vegetarian main options.
  • Essential hosting techniques, including managing storage, timing, and creating a balanced holiday menu.
• Seated Lunch: Following the workshop, guests will enjoy a seated lunch with cocktails featuring a selection of Chef Compton’s seasonal dishes, showcasing the techniques and flavors highlighted in the class.​
