On Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 7PM the culinary crown of the Pontchartrain Hotel will team up with PlumpJack Estate Winery for a thoughtfully crafted four-course pairing dinner curated by Chef/Owner Brian Landry and the PlumpJack team. Priced at $200 per person (includes tax and gratuity), the menu follows:
