Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans and Chef Donald Link announce the return of Chemin à la Mer’s wildly popular Oyster Hour. Oyster Hour takes place seven days a week from 3 – 5 p.m. at the Oyster Bar, in the Purple Grackle Bar, and on the Terrace, all located on the fifth floor of Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans overlooking the Mississippi River.
Chef Link offers a rotating variety of $2 oysters, including the Gulf Coast favorite Murder Point oysters from Bayou La Batre, Alabama, paired with $10 glasses of wine and spritzes selected by Chemin’s sommelier, Emily Kitzmiller. In addition to raw oysters, an all-day raw bar menu is available featuring Tuna Crudo with snow peas, mint and sauce chien; peel and eat Steamed Louisiana Shrimp; and an Ora King Salmon Ceviche with cucumber, red onion, lime, mint, and chiles. Chemin à la Mer is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservations are available on OpenTable, by phone at 504-434-5898, and by email at [email protected].
