Porgy's Seafood Market Fundraiser

Porgy's Seafood Market, the newest venture from Dana Honn (Carmo), Marcus Jacobs and Caitlin Carney (Marjie’s Grill, Seafood Sally’s) is opening this month! In keeping with their goal to be a community-driven resource for fresh, wild-caught Gulf seafood, they've rolled out an innovative crowd-funding campaign: 

• Bycatch Bag ($50) - Porgy's merch (apron or t-shirt and koozie).
• Grand Opening Access ($150) - A ticket to Porgy's grand opening block party, which includes snacks, drinks, raw bar access & more!
• Learn from the Best ($300) - Fish butchery masterclass with Chef Wataru Sakei, plus a raw fish dish to enjoy on-site and your freshly butchered Gulf fish to bring home.
• Flavors of Porgy's ($1,000) - Private dinner for 10, led by Porgy’s chef & bar team, featuring 4 courses with drink pairings.
• Party like a Fish Monger ($10,000) - An excursion on a commercial fishing vessel followed by a tailored multi-course lunch featuring your fresh catch, plus more fresh seafood and a grab bag of Porgy's goodies to bring home.
