Saba have announced their seder offerings. From today through April 13, they’re serving a special à la carte menu for in-house dining featuring:

• Seder Plate with Wood-Fired Matzo, Sephardic Charoset with hazelnut and figs, House-made Red Horseradish, Beet-Cured Hard-Boiled Eggs, Bitter Greens with sumac onions and lemon-garlic vinaigrette, Parsley and Quinoa Tabbouleh, and Lamb Ribs with date molasses
• Matzo Ball Soup with slow-cooked duck
• Flourless Chocolate Cake with raspberry and almond praline
