Saint John has announced its Summer Caribbean Wine dinner on Thursday, July 31 (6 pm) – Chef de Cuisine Darren Chabert has created a six-course meal featuring dishes inspired by Caribbean nations Martinique, Saint Martin, Puerto Rico and more, all expertly paired with wines to highlight each dish. Tickets ($140) are now available via Resy (or by calling the restaurant at 504- 381-0385).
