Priced at $50 per person, a three-course prix fixe dinner starts with Calabrian Chili and Fennel Sausage with rapini pesto, Parmigiano Reggiano, and ciabatta, followed by Linguini Frutti Di Mare with clams, mussels, shrimp, and saffron broth. End on a sweet and refreshing note with Cool for Summer, composed of lemon ice cream and watermelon-basil consommé. Jack Rose will also feature a COOLinary brunch menu for $50 per person.
