Out One Day: The Running of The Bulls in New Orleans

Every July, New Orleans stages its own version of the Running of the Bulls that traditionally takes place at the San Fermin Festival in Pamplona, Spain. Instead of bulls, runners are chased by (plastic) bat-wielding pursuers on roller skates, many of them from the local roller derby team. Photographer Ryne Hancock took to the streets to capture some of the action (all photos copyright of Ryne Hancock).
