This summer, in conjunction with Copeland’s of New Orleans’ momentous 40th anniversary, the locally-based restaurant offers “Summer Shareables.” The menu was crafted for guests to choose four shareable courses for $40, which allows you to share with two or share with a few. Choose one starter, two entrees, and a dessert from Copeland’s Summer Shareables menu.

First Course: Kickoff the Flavor
Kickoff the culinary journey with a classic Copeland’s dish or a light salad. Starters include Artichoke & Spinach Dip; Bayou Broccoli®, an original since 1983; or Large Penthouse Salad®.
Second and Third Course: Mix-n-Match Favorites
Choose two entrees which include Shrimp & Tasso Pasta, an original since 1983; Chicken Parmesan; Jambalaya Pasta, an original since 1983; Blackened Trio, Shrimp or Catfish Po-Boy; Copeland Burger, an original since 1983;.
Fourth Course: A Sweet Celebration
No celebration is complete without dessert. For dessert, guests can choose 40th Anniversary Chantilly Cheesecake, Homemade Brownie Deluxe A La Mode, or Rum Cream Bread Pudding.
